I reserved the rental of a minivan because I had to transfer the family of 5, with two duffel bags each. This was part of our return home from a vacation abroad, hence lots of luggage. I knew that a minivan could accommodate this much gear, so this is what I rented.

However, I was very disappointed to learn on the morning of the rental that there was no minivan available for me!!!! How is this possible that they could accept my invitation, and not alert me that they could not fulfill it. The only thing they had was a SUV, which just did not have the capacity. I wish I had refused it and called the competition right then and there. Given my time constraints we took the SUV, and had to put luggage on the roof to make it fit. What a disappointment!
The staff understood my needs, but more or less shrugged. It made no difference to me that this was a more luxurious car, I needed the car that I reserved, and a substitution in this case was not helpful.
Outstanding customer service, quality cars and just a pleasure to do business with. As someone who rents cars quite frequently, my experiences are usually stressful in negotiating price, car type etc. I switched to this Enterprise because of the poor service from their competitor down the block. Mike and the rest of the staff are a pleasure to work with and I will only rent from this location when in the shore area.
The people were nice. Cars not so much. Got a Hyundai Sonata that stank. Someone had smoked in it. Then got another Sonata...smell fine but no backup camera and seat adjustment not very good.
