Bob Wallace (the owner) was just great. He got me the bike I wanted super quickly and gave me a good deal on it, which is even more amazing given these bikes are in high demand. I’m very happy I purchased my bike at Central Jersey Cycles.
What a joke...I was really amazed that these people expect you to buy a motorcycle without very riding it. Especially after I had made a number of inquires along with a 2 hr ride only to learn....YOU can only look at it. What kind of an idiot would buy a bike under those conditions. There are many other reputable dealers that allow you to ride before you buy....come on.
He doesn't care to help you at all. Acts like you aren't worth his time. Laughed and cursed at me saying "it's effing pocket change" when all I did was ask for the total! Are you kidding me? Would you just give someone a blank check and say oh yeah just charge me? This is my second time calling him and he is extremely unprofessional. If he wasn't the only one with this part I'd be taking my business elsewhere. Do not recommend doing business with Central Jersey cycle.
Do not waste your time! Complete waste of time and unprofessional, made a deal over the phone, ran credit, said I would be approved, told him I will be in next day he says no problem. Drive 3 hours from NY only to find a note on the door that says "please call ******** not in right now " then when I call him he gives me a run around about his system being down, so why not call me before I drive 3 hours ? Thank god I went to town and country shortly after he stood us up and ended up getting a better deal and a better bike, and of course better sales man! So read the reviews and pay attention to them unlike I did and save your time and money and go elsewhere!
