In August 2009; Dr. Gabuzda treated my 4-year old for a broken finger (industrial Way office). I was very pleased w/the helpfulness entire staff while schedule appoointments, obtaining direction, and receiving treatment. Our nurse lived in town, and I like when companies employ local residents, also we related well to one another. From initial consultation to follow-up appointments my daughter and I were highly satisfied w/the quality of service we received@ Central Jersey Hand.
Terrible Doctor. No bedside manners. I went for an injured finger, all he did was look at the finger asked me if I could bend it then brushed me off. He told me swelling will last for year. It’s now been a total of three months and I’m still in pain and my finger still swollen, going to a new doctor.
Worst doctor ever
Dr Gabuzda is an intelligent, caring, patient and humorous doctor. He is excellent at what he does for sure. My closest friends have even had surgery by him and he knows exactly what is needed without beating around the bush. The wait time was NORMAL considering i would wait forever if it meant waiting on the BEST which is Dr. Gabuzda. Don't we all wait on an excellent physician? Lisa who scheduled my second surgery (in the Eatontown office) was so compassionate and caring..she tallied up my bill and explained to me everything i needed to know about my surgery...and then some...she got me in right away knowing the pain i was enduring. Overall the toms river office and the eatontown office were excellent in everything they did for me. I am sorry for all the other folks who put down such conservative physicians who are not there to make it a comedy hour...the doctors that you want are the most serious who are serious about YOU and what they do FOR YOU.
My first experience here was outright terrible. I waited for over an hour even though I had an appointment. I saw Dr. Atik and he has the worst bedside manner. I have never met such a blunt and uncaring doctor in my life. He treated my Injury like it was nothing and kept telling me it could always be worse. Mind you I have no feeling in my left hand. He told me to come back in 4 months and to see if it gets better. He had me in and out in less than 10 minutes and I felt totally cheated. I am now back again 4 months later with still no feeling. I refused to see him again. The wait today was again over an hour and the women at the counter just kept saying that my time would be soon. After an hour and a half I got called back only to wait another half hour for the doctor to see me for 10 minutes. I asked him to fill out 2 pages for my job and he said he had other patients to see. So after two hours of waiting I still didn't get my paperwork. Such a poor way to run a business.
