Other than this day, we usually do not have c issues with this place.
We have been going to this chain for years now.
We love the food. The 2 stars are for the poor customer service and the blank looks we got when we entered the restaurant even when we called ahead. The hostess on Sat. Jul 1st 7:00 pm maybe does not know the meaning of being a hostess and how to greet guests.
The food was great and the waiter was courteous and professional as well.

In a region blessed with hundreds of "real Italian restaurants" Olive Garden Garden is understandably overlooked by many. That being said I still like this restaurant. The bottomless bowl of Zuppa Tuscana alone is a good reason to give Olive Garden a try. Many of their dishes are surprisingly good and extremely affordable. They also have a great sangria and a consistently professional & friendly staff.
Only giving it 3 stars for my visit today. Our server introduced himself, asked our drinks then left. Came back right away with our drinks (water) and asked if we were ready. The "buy one take one" menu wasn't on the table so we asked for it. After a few minutes, ha came back and we placed our orders. He bought our salad out which was half full with no croutons. The bread was dry and he didn't give us plates for the bread. We had to ask another server for the plates. He comes by, we ask for more salad. This time, the salad had extra croutons in it and extra radishes. Once we received our food, it was someone else who served it who was very friendly. Our food was dry and our server wasn't all too friendly.

Great food and great service! The menus have fresh new entrees and appetizers all the time. Drinks are always delicious and the price is great! Highly recommend!
We recently went here for lunch and had a really nice meal - We went here for soup, salad and bread sticks and everything was tasty and fresh.
