Moving day into extra storage was easy and stress less. John In the office was extremely accommodating and explained the process with ease. Storage facility was very clean.
John and Gary were very attentive every step of the way. They called to confirm our reservation and review the details. They alerted us when other storage bins became available. They provided packing and storage tips and gave us a tour of the facility. The day we completed our contract they fully explained everything and showed us to our fully clean and secure units. This facility is terrific. Clean, helpful, great flat loading carts available at this facility ( not at my other extraspace facility!) Manager on sight is very very helpful. I would definitely use them again if I have a need!
Great service and great prices. My wife and I had been affected by Hurricane Sandy and the ease and access to our stuff at Extra Space was fantastic. We are only leaving because we now have a home. Thanks Gary.
My experience here has been awesome. I’ve been a customer of these guys for five years. Their customer service and professionalism is something to admire and is truly valuable, specifically Jon and Gary! Through the years, from the day 1 - move in to my final day - move out, they have shown me that they actually care about their customers and are willing to offer help by any means possible, which is rare to find these days and is most appreciated. I would recommend them to anyone interested!
