I had cab pick me up at work today and he was looking down at his phone and almost crashed 6 times. I took pictures of him and took it to the police station in Bradley Beach and took down the license plate number of the car
I had a really good experience with A one taxi. The person I was talking to was very nice and sweet. The driver came perfectly on time and I was not late to meet up with my family! I will be riding this taxi everyday.!!!
Very nice company, drivers are so good , well communication, organized, most the cars are new , dispatch personnel are so nice on the phone very recommended
This is a TERRIBLE taxi company! I live & work local but don't drive. This is basically 1 of very few cabs in Eatontown area & they know it. Male morning dispatch lies ALL the time about wait time..The drivers are rude & lie just the same. Thete is always a discrepancy about prices & the rides are often riugh.. MANY ppl I know have have HORRIBLE experiences with them. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM!!!!
I called them at 424 a.m. was told a driver would be here n 5 minutes. After 15 minutes I called them back to find a driver wasn't coming. I will never call this service again made me late for work.
