When you are in a long slow moving line the last thing anyone wants to hear is a lecture on the correct and incorrect way to apply tape to a flat-rate priority mailer. I witnessed the rest of the staff eye roll in unison in response to this, so it is a known hazard. Other than those pitfalls it's a fine location.
I've had hundreds of transactions at this location. The front desk is often understaffed but the clerks that are there are usually quiet and competent with one exception whose appearance is constantly frazzled and who has an frustrating eye for minutia.
If you happen to come to this location at the beginning/end of a month, expect to spend at least 30 minutes in line waiting for other customers to get money orders from the one working clerk.
I appreciate that this post office stays open later than all of the other ones in the area, but there are huge drawbacks of coming to this locations. While the staff is generally friendly, everything moves exceptionally slowly here and there is definitely a need for additional help behind the counter.
Everyone is terrific! SO helpful and SO nice! 5 star service every day, no matter how nasty/rude some customers are to them. God bless all of them! Truly a great group of people!
I please a order 4 next day delivery and it did not got there on time next day over so I request for reimbursement it took about 4 weeks to get the money back but it was worth it the delivery was free their mistake
Drew is an absolute horror to deal with the other employees are SO NUCE I NEVER have an issue NEVER. But it never fails if I get Drew their is always an issue. It's to the point now if I see him I just leave and go down the street to ups
