Cant find a sales representative to save your life. They dont answer their phones. Finally got a hold of a supervisor named Annie who was most helpful. People were walking out of doors with security alarms going off. No one stopping them. It was crazy. Hardly anyone in the store, except in the Sephora shop.
Love this store!!!!! Great prices. It always easy to find coupons and when I shop on line, shipping right to your door, sometimes in two days. I love J.C. Penney’s!!!!!!
JCPenney is kept tidy and the staff is polite. There is typically deals, though sometimes they are not applicable to much. It is a good place to pop in and do some light shopping. Decent establishment.
What a mess!
I like and always have liked JCP. The only time I had a hard time with it was some years ago when I was looking for dress clothes for my son and they didn't have a big selection. Things may have changed by now, but I like their selections and their prices. Better than most.
If anyone buys appliances from this store your crazy!!! Nothing but problems, can't get store manager on the phone, what a disaster. Going to BBB
