Was looking for a mother of bride dress the woman in that department was very helpful in a couple of hours had dress purse shoes and jewelry everyone was great in every department. I also find what I’m looking for in Lord n Taylor’s.

Staff was really helpful in finding a dress (for the wife ). They were all very friendly as well, felt comfortable there. Prices are higher but selection was better. Place did seem slightly dated though

The woman in the men's cologne department couldn't help us enough and was so apologetic because the area was not prepared they did not have keys for her the register wasn't working it was a shitshow and she made it all better. I wish I could remember her name she was an older woman with dark hair to her shoulders.
