Great experience they have guys that speak fluent Spanish now too and everyone inside are very nice with a lot of patience it was impossible to transfer my stuff over until I came in here

Manager Piero provided inaccurate and false information about T-mobile promotions. When I called back for help they put me on hold indefinitely and then when I tried to call back they repeatedly hung up the phone. Not reputable! Stay with Verizon or AT&T!
Recommend them, and they're 3rd party. Better than the corporate store outside. Spent 3hours there moving picture and it still wasn't done. Inside got it done in 15 min. Love the inside store.
Tmobile customer care sent my phone here and they switched all my info and reset my password. Thank god!! Great help and knowledgeable manager.
