I called the store and spoke to Trevor, who went out of his way to text message me pictures of a hutch I was asking about. He then gave me information on a table pad to fit my table. Trevor was professional, friendly, and did not rush me with my many questions. I will definitely use Ashley Furniture again, for my future furniture needs, because I came away from this experience trusting Trevor that he will work hard to have me remain a satisfied customer.

Me and my husband had a pleasant experience. We just bought our first home and were excited to shop for it. Our sales person Katie was super nice and patient with us. She took her time, never rushed and was not a pushy sales perosn. Katie was great to work with and always explained the products to us. Katie went step by step on pricing, delivery, and much more. The store manager Joy was also great and courteous. I highly recommend anyone who's looking a great deal on furniture and an overall excellent customer service experience to stop in. I wasn’t sure what I wanted, but after explaining to one of the floor reps , my interests she patiently showed me some bedroom furniture sets, until I found the one I loved Instantly . And was very professional and caring along the process. Very pleased! The whole management team was absolutely first class! In professionalism.
