Sally Reilly was an Excellent sales person. I came to look at recliners not sure that I was going to buy. She did everything to accommodate us. She showed us a wide selection of recliners. There was never any pressure to buy but we felt extremely comfortable with the quality, and price. Sally was extremely professional and courteous, making us very comfortable. She is a perfect example of how salesmanship should be demonstrated. We purchased our recliner and will be back when we need another piece of furniture. You should be very proud of your Eatontown, NJ store.
Truly enjoyed my experience at Value City Furniture. On two occasions I had Pam help me out and she always went the extra mile. Excellent customer service, friendly and knowledgeable, I truly felt at home in this furniture store. Because I had such a good experience the first time I had to come back! Gina was awesome as well, helped us get a wonderful discount and was quite knowledgeable on the products I wanted. Steven, the manager, also was very kind and funny and improved the whole shopping experience. With the Labor Day sales and the free delivery, how could you go wrong. I highly recommend shopping here, best furniture store in town.

Shopping at Value City Furniture was an exciting experience. I did a window shopping and went back couple of weeks later. On both occasions, Pam was excellent and extremely helpful answering all the questions I had and gave me a better understanding of the options I had. I got a great deal and was helped by Gina too in getting more discount for my purchase. It was an enjoyable experience from all the staff I met.
As soon as my wife and I walked in to the store we were greeted with a smiling Gina who was extremely helpful answering all of our questions. We ended up purchasing a sofa for our new apartment.
My husband and I visited this store twice last week and thanks to Sally, we had a wonderful experience both times. As soon as we entered, Sally made it clear that she wouldn't bother us or stalk us but was available to answer any questions we had. We have been driven out of furniture stores on many occasions by sales people who creepily follow you as you walk around the store. We never felt pressured by her and she was able to answer all of our (many) questions. She really made the entire experience enjoyable and we're looking forward to our new couch. Thanks Sally!
