The staff is superb, the food in the restaurant inside the hotel is fabulous and the rooms are really great! I had to wait for over two hours to get my room, went to the front desk for a moment to see when it would be finally ready, they they kindly put me in the governor's suite!!! 5/5 stars all the way!!! Order the barbecue ribs at the restaurant - succulent for BBQ enthusiasts!
After attending a wedding in the Sterling Room at the DoubleTree I must say I was impressed with the facility, it's staff and the cuisine. The rooms were fabulous. The settings and seating were stellar. The staff handled the room transitions smoothly and without ever disturbing the party guests. The cocktail hour was original in it's vegetarian friendly cuisine and the main course and dessert were on par with most weddings I have attended. The DoubleTree staff and facility truly made the event one to remember
Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable with plenty of room. Attended a wedding again staff friendly and helpful, food was delicious, large dance floor. Overall great experience
Stayed here only because of the wedding party, otherwise I would have went elsewhere. Our room had stains on the carpet, the bathroom smelled like a wet rag for both nights and the water in the lobby tasted like chlorine. However, the staff was friendly and the lobby itself was comfortable and modern.
Stayed at the double tree for a friends wedding. Beds were comfortable. They had no problems changing our rooms due to a water leak and mold in the walls which was kind of a hassle because we had already Settled in the first room. We were given 1 complimentary drink at the bar to compensate. They have a restaurant and bar within the hotel which was nice. We chose bed and breakfast when we booked the rooms online which is much cheaper to do. It cost 16.95 /person if you pay for breakfast at the hotel. Staff was nice and friendly. We enjoyed our stay
