Poor selection, poor service! If you don't walk in there dressed to Sundays best you will get no response no help. We just moved up from Texas ready to buy a new living set, and two bed room sets. They would have made a hell of alot of money that day. But they wouldn't give us the time of day. Thats fine I'll never go back they just lost a Macy's customer!
Our home burned down and we needed all new furniture...Kevin helped us and was absolutely wonderful!! He did not pressure us at all as I came back three different times to show the furniture to friends and my husband. We ended up buying a living room sofa, two accent chairs, one leather club chair, a leather ottoman, a queen bed and nightstand as well as two nightstands for the master....ALL because the customer service was AWESOME!!!! Will recommend to all my neighbors.
