Bad service. Waitress made mistake and ordered a side order of fried rice ($4) and refused to take it off until after a lot of explaining, the whole attitude is appalling, its like why your husband eat 2 spoons of it ( because he think that is the rice that came with his meal) , i still left 15% tip, greatly regret it now
I'm from nashville tn and we are all the way up here for work and all we wanted was really good sushi. So the other night we went to Sono. Terrrrible mistake. That place has 4.6 stars and everything we got was terrible. The shrimp was over cooked the sushi was terrible. The soft shell crab was terrible. Yuck terrible all around. So in hopes of finding a better place, we went to kanji.

This is a great sushi and hibachi restaurant. The staff are friendly and give great service. The restaurant is clean and is decorated elegantly.

The customer service and hospitality was horrible since we walked in. We got seated and waited 45 min for someone to come to the table and start cooking. The place WASNT packed but everyone else was being served. The workers passed us didn't apologize for inconvenience but I felt a little bit of racial conflict because we was ignored and not met with any needs like anyone else.
