  I had my grandmother's ring reset and it went from fossil to fabulous...the salesperson was extremely friendly and helpful, spending about 30 minutes with me helping me to design the ring. They also repaired some of my other jewelry free of charge. Wonderful experience.

  I visited the store this Saturday to search for an engagement ring and could not have been happier with my experience. Deborah Ann who patiently assisted me for over 2 hours as I deliberated over multiple options could not have been more helpful. She took the time to learn about myself, my family and my girlfriend in order to pick out the best option. Her honesty, knowledge, fairness and personable approach made the experience very enjoyable and a huge reason why I would recommend the store to anyone. I ended up going home with a gorgeous engagement ring at a hard to beat price. 5 Stars!

  I would highly recommend them. I had an issue on my first visit but once brought to their attention they worked quickly to resolve it and couldn't have been more accommodating. Helane is wonderful has been so helpful assisting me with having my engagement ring repaired and having a new wedding band made. The Manager John was a pleasure to work with as well.

  Entire staff is super friendly & helpful, but special shout out to Jesse for sitting with me for 2+ hours to help find the perfect style engagement ring and then working with my boyfriend to perfect the finishing touches. Jesse was so wonderful to work with, I can't say enough good things about him!!

  Real people, awesome jewelry, and great value. They have so much variety, they really want to help, and in the end, the engagement ring I bought was even better than I originally set out to find. 5 stars!!!
