Nice place nice jewelry, they said come back to have adjusted if chain is too long. but then we needed to come back to have piece adjusted and they wanted to charged us for it after spending well over $1000.00 for it. Not a complete customer service if you asked me.
Sandy & Sheila helped me today with advising me regarding the enlargement of my wedding ring which I have had on my finger since June 26, 1960.I was diagnosed with severe RA and it has only affected my left hand and ring finger. I wanted to enlarge my ring and Sandy & Sheila advised me to wait until the swelling went down so that the new ring finger measurements would be more accurate.I thanked them for their thoughtfulness and professionalism and I will wait. I have become more positive about dealing with this jewelry store since they arrived at Monmouth Mall. They are the place to go for purchases and repairs of all the jewelry of your family that you cherish and wish to enjoy now and be able to pass it to future members of your family. Mr. M. M. It was a special gift for a once in a lifetime occasion. Wolf Fine Jewelers exceeded our expectations. The pendent was ready on time for my brother's wedding and he was so proud of the design and quality of the piece. The sentimentality behind this gift is personal and meant more to my brother and his bride than can be stated in this review. I can say, without any hesitation, Wolf Fine Jewelers will be the place my family will always trust. Their jewelry is top quality and just as important, the customer service is second to NONE!!!
CAUTION: STAY FAR AWAY! I had the absolute worst experience with this jewelry store. My fiance bought a beautiful engagement ring from this store that was very unique and had sapphires wrapping around the band. Unfortunately the ring was too big so we brought it back to Wolf Fine Jewelers to be resized. They originally said the best option was to apply balls to the inside of the ring to make it a smaller fit because they told me that sizing the ring would cause the stones to become loose. They kept the ring to be looked at by the jeweler, I expressed my concern about leaving the ring but they assured me I would have the ring back ASAP. Three days later I received a phone call from Wolf stating that the ring could not be resized and that they needed to order an entirely new ring in a smaller size and that it would take approximately one week and that I would be updated throughout the process. After not hearing from them for 10 days I called only to find out that there was an issue in receiving the new ring and that it would take another two weeks but that they would keep me in the loop. No one ever called and I had to call almost daily to find out what was going on. The customer service of this jewelry store is horrendous. I placed phone calls that were not returned, I was blatantly lied to, I was shocked at the attitudes I got when inquiring about when my ring would be in, like I was inconveniencing them. It was devastating not having my ring for Easter when I got to see my entire family, also I had to cancel my engagement photo shoot that I had scheduled because I didn't have my ring. Finally, I was told that my ring was on its way but that they were not sending a new ring, they had resized the original one. When I reminded them that they had told me that resizing the ring would cause the stones to become loose they suddenly changed the story and said the stones wouldn't come loose from resizing it. After calling on the day they told me my ring would be in the rude woman on the phone said "If it came in I would have called you". When the ring did come in FINALLY after over a month, I picked it up and had concerns that it looked different to me, and the resizing made the band look strange and bent oddly. Monica, the night time manager was very nasty to me and when I showed her a picture of the original ring and pointed out differences she was very rude and had a horrible attitude and kept saying "I don't know what to tell you" between eye rolls. She then offered to send it back to the jeweler in a mocking tone- after having my ring for over a month I declined and said I would take it somewhere else. I was so upset I sobbed my way out of the store. Please be aware that you can not trust this company, they will take advantage of you. Don't ever expect them to call you back or be true to their word. I recommend not supporting this business as they do not care for their customers.

I searched all over for a Rose gold bracelet band for a Michele Deco. All jewelers advised that the band was discontinued. I went to Wolf Fine Jewelers and I was told not to worry they will find it. Sure enough, two weeks later they found the perfect match at an affordable price!
My mother, my brother and I went to Wolf Jewelers when my brother needed a very special gift for his bride on their wedding day.
